In 2013/14 Gippsland produced around 1.9 billion liters of milk, accounting for approximately 21% of Australia’s milk output.
The grass-fed cows are free to graze on the pristine pastures of Gippsland, Victoria and enjoy a healthy environment feeding on a variety of pastures including Perennial Ryegrass, Annual short-term Ryegrass, Winters Cereals and Perennial Legumes.
